Order Policy

Payment for orders is requested in full when ordering. The order isn’t validated until payment has been received and confirmed by Em & Breez. We offer payment through Paypal including credit cards and interac.

Regular orders require one week notice. Custom orders require 2-3 weeks notice.

Please contact us for major events like weddings, sweet tables, etc.

Order Cancellation Policy

We require 5 days notice for cancellation on regular orders. To cancel a special order, please contact us.

Return Policy

Refunds are only granted where you have received an incorrect order.


Make sure someone is present to receive the order at the selected delivery time. No items will be left at the door.  If you need to reschedule, please advise Em  & Breez  24hrs before.

Please note any extra decorations will be an additional cost.
